Hey everyone! Popping in for a spot of advice on my new tent, odd size 118”x60”. I’m expecting not enough crossbars for the roof from the looks of the pic:

This is the roof I’m used to, lots of hanging things you can tell:

Here is how I want to place the filtration system. I will need more poles, probably 4 of them, at 5’. What can I do?

how rigid are the walls?, will they support your poles?

The specs say 88# each rod, 352# overall capacity.

Are you able to contact company to see if they offer replacement roof poles then just get a few for what you need. Or maybe you can get some copper plumbing pipe and make some of your own that match the others.

We have some high winds rocking the house 60mph. Already have had some quick power outages just glad it's come back on after a few minutes. Still will need to make what my son wants for his birthday dinner ( mac-n-cheese stuffed burgers ) so will see how this turns out.

I like how you think! So I contacted the seller and they don’t sell them. I can’t find a manufacturer website. M

I looked on Amazon and eBay and elsewhere for “grow tent cross bars” and turned up nothing for 5 feet. So I think this is going to be DIY?

I’d like to do it on the cheap. What are my options? Bungee cords? Curtain rods? I care less about how they look then will they hold a light or two.

Oh, and I don’t have like, saws and “stuff”.

I would think shower curtain rods or the curtain rods that are made like a pole. But you could use just about anything really. Also you could tie off to outside rails instead of the inserts for more support. You will also have the full center rail. May not need any extra.
