Had this issue last night. Resized the image file to under 3MB and it uploaded, similar to your ss. Just seemed to time out on larger files.
That makes sense. The picture I tried uploading before I did the screenshot was 5.5MB, and the screenshot that posted was 1.15MB.

Sounds like it could be something in the file I mentioned, That limits how big of a picture can be uploaded.

Crazy here today. :smoking: Messages fly right & left :headbang: members scrambling for information SHEESH

A managerie of activity :pighug:

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii like IT. :woohoo:

Okay, So I can upload screenshots, Just not original pics.
It works if it works, I guess.
There's a tent shot from last night. Forgot to feed the big girl one night, and she got super sad. She should come right out of it.
@Son of Hobbes
I'm curious about your server settings.
Being able to upload screenshots and smaller pictures makes me think something is up somewhere in the php.ini. file.
In my mind, it's something like that, Or it's reading there may be malicious php embedded in my pics. I'm going to run a deep scan on my phone to see what that says.

Hey guys we're active on it this morning, going to see if upping some settings in the php.ini file will help out (that's what everything pointed at that we looked at too.) Just weird it would start up suddenly when you've been doing the same thing you've always done.

We -do- limit file attachments (not media gallery) to 2048 kb in size (and pictures attached this way are resized to 1000 x 800 pixels, at least according to the settings. That could be part of the culprit, but the fact you're not seeing a "file size exceeds limit" or something like that make me wonder. I've never seen this particular timeout error before in the log (and I check every day, almost religiously,) so when I see something new it's cause for alarm lol.

f6s pro tip for all the battle entrants who want to get a head start and really "Bring their A game"!

Get in before the others and don't top at the 3rd or 4th node..

Top your plant at seed level!

Just trim about a 3rd up from off the bottom of the point end of the seed with a razor blade or craft knife!

:haha:
Awesome I'm going to win now for sure!

Cause for alarm? Nahhhh not on a media heavy site haha
:pass:
It's been quite some time since I've "toyed" with a server, Or I'd offer other suggestions.
Once you get things adjusted, I'll try putting up another pic, and see if anything has changed on my end. The only newly introduced variable for me is faster internet and a new router, But the chances of the other users with this issue having the same router and internet service are very slim...

I saw Unique resized his pictures and said they all uploaded fine. We -do- have an upload limit when uploading files using the attachment browser (the Upload a File button,) but seems weird that it's never popped up for you guys before if you've done nothing different. Also, it just tells you your file size has exceeded the max allowed (which instead it's erroring with a timeout, and it's seems like it's really intermittent.) I'll know more here in a bit, waiting on one of our admin to get out of a meeting and he's going to pop into the INI settings and try tweaking some things.
