It's saltwater brother, a bay on an inside strait off the pacific ocean. So, yep I been showing it off for a couple years now:pass:
 


Anyone use pH strips?

I usually use the liquid test and don't trust the pens so ordered a wallet of 400 strips for like $6...

Price varies a huge amount so a bit skeptical!

I use a 4 pad full range strip for testing water already in the tank. Though I use the apera pen for mixing solution. So far the most accurate pH meter I've owned.

I only use the strips to avoid having to take a sample from the tank to test. If the strip reading looks off, I'll verify with the pen.

Never really went in for the liquid test. Mainly because removing water from the res to test is a pain in the ass with my setup.

Ah, messing with the flow were they. We had ours trapped out at our headwaters when we first moved here but man thats been a while now. Don't like the thought of them living upstream:nono:
