I have a question
has anyone ever tested their blood oxygen levels and found a lower reading like 91
98 is very good.
I am wondering if vaping could be causing a lower Blood ox level

Yes, vaping or smoking can cause lowered levels of O2 in the blood. It slows down the exchange of oxygen for CO2 in the lungs. That being said, 91 is far from being a bad result....you could come back in an hour or two and it could be 94-95. It's only when the reading stays below 90 constantly that you may have some kind of lung problem such as asthma or COPD.

I have congestive heart failure which compromises the flow of blood through the lungs; the result of 50 years of smoking tobacco and weed. I am switching over entirely to edibles or tinctures with the results of my current grow. Hope this helps, @The DiceMan

Going ok. I am on night-shift so taking a bunch of phone calls..

I think I might have saved the starter. A lot of the culture was dead, but apparently there was enough still alive to survive my mistake. Might take another feeding or two, but it'll be making bread again soon.

its taken me 5 years to get cal....and mag into my head everyone refers to cal/mag they both come mixed in the same bottle but 9/10 times its just cal def no mag yes/no ?
but if 1 or 2ml every feeding keep any cal/mags at bay.......does this clown need to know much more
the infirmary is fascinating but so confuzing and whats that ananology about an onion ?
PH...... if the garden is rosey plants are nice harvests nice PH dont matter one jot
if things start to go pear shape in the garden if you aint got a decent ph pen you can be in the shit mighty quick,or you be chasing yer tail for the next 3 weeks and getting nowhere

Your OD auto's are looking damn nice too, especially considering the season I'll have to see who they are, they have performed well for you I'd say!

Been growing for about a year and a half. I don't know much yet, but I really want to get to a place where I can make an adjustment already knowing what will happen. And more importantly, when that change needs to be made. I am confident that's the goal of any grower. Getting there is the challenge.

As time goes on, I am slowly getting a grip on how the plant works, and how I can influence things to get a better end result. I have a long way to go, but I'd not be where I am without this place.

@Waira was the one who talked me through the end of my first grow. He gave me reason to think it might be saved... a 1/4 pound harvest later, and I know it wouldn't have wound up that way without the advice I got here.

I guess what I am saying is aimed at new growers. You'll find your hero(s) here. You'll get a nice yield at best, and a good education at worst. And as you go along, you'll start to notice that you are making decisions without outside advice that have positive influence on the plants. Eventually, you'll be someone else's hero.

That's the real beauty of this thing of ours: We help each other not because we have to, but because we are only in the position of being able to help because someone else here took us under their wing.

A better example of "pay it forward" is unknown to me.
