This lift cost us $2600 a DAY. We are retro fitting old HID cans to led. But yes, the architect didn't take servicing these into account. This day has been interesting

I've tried this outfit before....they play hell with the garden and don't do a very good job on the windows. They tall and have some reach though

Architects aren't usually into maintenance, they focus on how a thing looks, not what makes a thing work, my experience, decades of building custom houses.
 
You running any traplines
We lived in the Books Range for 12 years before moving to the valley and the big river. Some years no caribou or moose around in the fall when it's getting cold. Need meat to carry on. Beavers insured our survival many a year! Never trapped for fur though, just for food. Oh yeah, and rabbits, good stew, and easy to trap.
