I worked rest.s I had that same conversation with our prep cooks. I complained about their products. Once they all learned to do it later in the am, food was all fine! Takes some concentration to do a good job!

Look at this weird girl in the corner. The tent is all budded up except this one back on the left side. All were started at the same time, relatively. She has shown blooms occasionally along the stalks but she has not created a single bud only hairs. WTF ? I'm thinking she is some kinda strange cross. It's Exotic seeds Blue Monkey.
