Not a very productive day in the kitchen today. Will have to do the bulk of it tomorrow. Making another batch of the pork roast + sauerkraut. That's gonna become a regular... Also going to make some tomato sauce and add in some pasta and chicken. All packaged in pint jars and frozen.

I am finding this a really convenient way to get decent meals all week. Just pop a jar in a pan of water and heat it for an hour. And I freely admit to eating right out of the jar. Less dishes to clean.

Anyway, at least I got the bread squared away for tomorrow.
