so my candy kush auto sprouted about 8 days ago. As you can see from the pics it has the 3 leaf mutation, can't remember the correct term for that. But anyway more importantly you can see the yellow dead spots in the leaves already. It is in FFOF soils which I hear can be a bit hot on nutes for seedlings? Does that appear to be the issue? If so is there anything I can do or simply wait til the plant outgrows this and can better handle the nutes in the soil?

My guess would be the soil is a tad hot ... but the plant seems to be handling it OK ... it needs to go into it's final pot (preferably 3 gals or more) ASAP ... if you can switch to happy frog you'll be better off but if not the most fragile days are almost behind you ... If you do switch you'll be able to use the OF on a later grow ... I'd mix it 1/3 HF + 1/3 OF + 1/3 Perlite ...

Yeah I normally do half OF and half HF in my seedling cups but had a stoner moment and used 100% OF. My 3 gallon pots I always use 100% OF so I guess no point in transplanting right now since it will just be in the same soil. I guess just let it ride and recover as it gets stronger

Another couple days in those cups and your girls will be stunted for life ...
