Is this good bacteria on my roots in dwc?

Is this good bacteria, I cleaned roots with nutrilite h202, 2 days ago..added gold root excellelator, fox farms micribrew



I soaked in h202 cleaned out bucket...added root ezcelulator sulver, fox farms micro brew, hydroguard all the roots outside the net pot fell off..cleaned with h202 and then rinsed...I'm half way through flowering the top buds look like there done. .but the ones underneath are still flowering..

All my leaves are yellow except were the colas are their still green
