Indoor Is the Dust Shroom Light Tight?

The shroom is not light tight, not even close. I have it mounted on a flange at the bottom of my tent so it is not receiving any direct light from the HPS, just reflected light.

And it glows like a space ship!
I must conclude that light gets in as well. Disappointed...

Wow dude, I'm sorry that it's letting in so much light. Im telling you, mine does not let light outside unless you are looking directly into it. They also make a pre-filter screen that can go over it (maybe that will help).

No worries dude. Maybe my light source is brighter. I do like it. Thinking about mounting some pre-filter inside over the 6" flange hole. I just have to be careful about restricting air flow.

Man that thing is oily and hard to handle when attaching it - yuck!
