Anyone have experience with outdoor low stress training? I know that the intensity of sunlight does not change, but is it useful at least to avoid popcorn buds or improve the crop? (being that my plants receive direct sun only in the morning I would like to make the most of it)

tagging along for the answer to this as well. I snuck my first seed in into the wife's garden a few days ago.. I was planning on doing lst anyway to keep a low profile, but was curious about the plant science outdoor.

I've always trained outdoors to make optimum
use of the sun. My state is still illegal so blending them in is a must.....training helps with that and getting the most from the sun and in turn the crop.
