Hi, plants have been growing about 3 weeks now; had a little concern with twisting and drooping but they have grown quite well since then and I see no problem with them - in my view point.
Problem is with the soil, I see very green patches almost looks like mold around the right plant and I dont know what to make of it and cant seem to find any answers.

Medium/grow method:
Biobuzz lite

Feed: and supplements used:
Only water so far

water source:
Filtered, ph balanced

Strain/age:
Green gelato

light used:
Led 600 watts

Climate:
Humidity 50 - 60%
Temp 20-22 degrees

Additional info:
light distance 50 cm
plants are green, no signs of yellow or burns on the leafs

help would be awesome, as I dont want the plant to die lol.
thanks.

Good news - the plants look fine. Nice color and shape!
Bad news - I've been using biobizz lighmix for years and have never seen this! .. I'd maybe scrape it off and throw it away!

I just saw something similar in my soil. Another one of my pots started growing mushrooms too. So I'm guessing it's a fungus of some sort. In my pot that had what hours looks like I just scooped up that weird stuff and threw it out. That was a week or two ago and hasn't come back and things look fine.

I read somewhere else recently that it is an algae and isn't of serious concern. Beyond that not much I can do except dig out the plant.
I'll leave it for a while and see what comes of it :)

For what it's worth my plant that had it in pot has been maturing slower during flower then other one and looks healthier. So hopefully you'll get same luck.

If you are getting an algae bloom on the surface of your soil, you may be keeping it too wet. It is common on the surface of rock wool because the water wicks-up so well but soil surface usually dries out. It is not a major concern as the plants will shade the surface soon. In rock wool you need to protect the surface from direct light or risk a serious flush that can rob nitrogen from the nutrients.
