when i mix my fertz up i mix it all in the one gallon of water like the the schedule has it but at 1/4 strength and then slowly go up from there is right thank forn all your help

on the watts is that the true watt and not equiv watt i have five cfls 23 watt and my boxis 7square feet thanks joe
