hi i was wondering if my plant has i prob i could just be over thinking but what u think temps around 84 on a 24/0 light setup 5 100 equiv cfls i dont know if they have the liView attachment 128147ttle bit of curle it seem to be only on the first set of true leaves was thinking its from the little leaves pushing up on the biger leaves let me know View attachment 128146heat magnizem or eney thing or do they look ok

when it comes to cfls use the actual wattage not the eqiuv.......thers a litle leaf curl... how close are your lights....

was 4" inch or lower but up around i guess 6" or more now when i saw that i hope there would it help to turn the lights off a short time thank for all your help five 23 watt cfl's sorry new to this

I would say if it stoped after the first leafs after you moved the lights up you should be ok... one more question what soil are you using..oh and what size area are you in...generaly you want at least 50 watts per square foot..and hows you ventalation ,do you have fresh air intake and or exaust fan .....oh what is that metal thing in the cup a temp probe

what does jm think

its a shelf unit from my job cut all the shevls out but botttom and top.its 41" tall 17"deep and 26" across. useing promix soil less with hydro fox farms trio pack found a good page that sed soil less like pro mix or coco core was a easy way to not have lots of thins go wrong. and useing distilled water and to use hydo ferts on it .box fan blowing from the top of it thru the top shelf holes. and a smaller fan blowing the plant to get lots of movement in plant and the silver rod is a temp probe was told should have the temp from top of plant for best temp check and in a 2 gallon pail

ps. sorry for my spelling and and how sloppy it is not very good at that part to

ph is very important if you ph is't right you can get a lock out of the nutriants and it wont matter how much you feed...and one other thing iv heard good thing about promix most people say it will take you through the first 7 to 10 days with out using any nutes..... here is a chart for ph referance.. also good to check your soil temps the root temp makes a dif.

pH and Nutrients Uptake Charts

promix, however, has no nutesa and will require amendment from day 7-10 on out...

heres a guide:

what i mean is that not all autos are the same lol
I have been growing the same genetic line for over a year now
and they all seem like they really like my fert schedule.

This is what i doi break it down as follows

First off let me talk about what i use as ferts. I have a 4 part system that i use and most of this is in the brain so please bare with me as i share this one.

I use FF grow big (hydro formula) Tiger Bloom and then two tea variations. One is high in N for veg and the other is high in Phosphorus when its time to flower.
I apply these through out the grow. I use the FF to get it started.
then i move to the teas and then back to the FF and then back to the teas

So i break it down like this:
FF GB is 3Tbsp/1Gal for heavy feedings. So in my mind this is more than enough for our fave friends. So it states that 2tbsp/1gal is for normal feedings so i use this as my base number. After that i break it down into 1/4

at 7 days i start like this
Day 7 1/4 dose to a gal
Day 14 1/2 dose to a gal + 8oz of N rated tea
Day 21 1tsp GB and then 1/4 of TB (bringing in the TB)
Day 28 1/2 TB + 8oz of Phosphorus rated tea
Day 35 1.5 tsp TB to a gal
Day 41 2tsp of TB and 8oz of Phosphorus rated tea
Then Flush till finish unless it needs something at the end.

I think that this is everything that i do like i said i am not sure as this is all in my head. If the plants demand more that i give more this is just something to go by. I usually do not swap in clean water feedings at all over the fert program. I just use the jug then its gone. Now if i start to see over feeding or lockouts ill flush.
But if i keep my water on point i never usually see a lock out or toxicity.

Hope this helps

im glad you stepedin JM ... sorry about the bad info on the promix......
