is it Stunned or Normal ?

Hello been trying to get answer to this question for days now, any insight is helpful to see how do i proceed
strain is CBD CRACK by Fastbuds, it doesn't say Auto but i think all their seeds are autos
this seedling is 11 days old, 2 n half inches, germinated a week after my NL autos but it's growing way slow i think, also it's so fragile that it has hard time to keep standing, always find her bending over, and it feels like it's been germinated way higher in soil lvl maybe that's why, i keep puting soil around her to hold her still, i use viparspectra 900 watts, at 40 inch but today moved it to 32 inch, and i fed her voodoo juice, any advice suggestions?

Hi, you say you’re growing in soil and at 11 days - how long have you been feeding her for? She shouldn’t really need anything but ph’d water for the first 2 weeks as the soil should have everything she needs. What ph are you watering at as this could cause issues, and what is the soil - could be that the soil is too ‘hot’? How about the humidity level and temperatures in your grow space?
As for her falling over, support her with a toothpick or a small straw perhaps.

it's peat moss based soil with perlite for seedlings, i havn't fed her anything except voodoo juice today, Temp between 25 / 27, humidity between 50 n 60%, i popped two NL autos in same tent n they're doing wonderfully so far, the only difference is that i germinated those two with paper towel method, and this one directly to the soil, also worth mentioning this is the only pot that i didn't prewash before hand, the other two i soaked them a day before, one other thing, due to voltage differences, my inline fan burned out, so i'm doing this grow without inline fan, just regular fan to keep them strong, regarding the PH, it's from bottled water, 7.2, i took tap water, in a barrel outdoors, but the water ph is around 8.5 so i'm like for now i just use bottled water, once i start feeding i use the barrel water cause ill mix it with Sensi PH perfect grow a n b
