I‘m not a new grower but I’m new to the usage of far red, Ir and UV. Sadly, I’m completely clueless one how to use these 3 wavelength properly. So if any of our more experienced led owners would like to explain that, that would be really cool.
I‘m currently putting together/purchasing a new light and my knowledge on these 3 wavelength is, well, pretty much zero :(

I might mess this up but to be brief

660nm red helps stimulate photosynthesis

Far red in the 700nm range at the End of Day will put your plants to sleep in 5-15 minutes rather than 2 hours for reportedly up to 13-14 hours of light for photos

UV to the best of my knowledge is supposed cause a defensive reaction increasing terpenes and oil production.

HLG has all of it to make a fixture but you have to keep your ratios of reds right and HLG can surely hello. I don't know how well this works for autos. I'm not sold on UV nor have I seen lab test comparisons.

I am planning red treatments for a tunable spectrum build but UV hasn't been part of my plan.

So, boards with all that integrated are really not that great if you can’t put the individual wavelength on timers? At least far red?

They should just all be on individual timers. Your reds, your UV and your spectrum. They are supplemental and can be bought from Rapidlee as well
