Indoor In the Rasters of My 4 by 4

I cut a tester bud from my Auto AK Triple Haze that I'm planning on pulling down next weekend. Her trichomes are fully cloudy with some amber.

Hopefully it's fire!
The smoke turned out to be a bummer. Too racy. Hopefully it's just because it's not yet ready. I'll let it go to 10-15% amber before I chop.

That’s most likely just a sign it needs to go a little longer, you’re on the right track :pass:

I have been trying not to defoliate at all, trying to treat the leaves like the batteries they are. But this 41 Bucks had too many leaves crowded close together. Some of the leaves were wet so I'm glad I did it.

I got enough leaves to mulch two five gallon pots. I should have taken a before picture but I didn't.

Here's a picture of the whole tent. I put the Doug's Varin (front middle) that I flipped back to veg, into this flowering tent yesterday. I know it's not big enough but I need to flower out these extras and am looking forward to trying smoke with good levels of THCV and my wife wants fewer munchies. This thing has a zillion branches! So I'm really looking forward to seeing how it grows. I've had it outside for a few days and it doesn't really like the cold nights-some of its leaves were damaged and it only got down to 49° - don't know what her problem is. :WTF:

I'm just really excited! The Purple Canyon in the top right, the tallest plant in the tent (see previous post) has an amazing terpene profile!:yay: It's very loud, and smells like a savory blend of rotten boullion and industrial chemicals. It should be disgusting but it's completely awesome!

I killed the cuttings I took so I'll have to flip her back after harvest. I have cuttings from her sister but don't know how good she is.

Hopefully she's as potent and wonderful to smoke as she is to smell - and maybe I'll have a keeper I can run a few times. I'll also self her and make some seeds for later.

My Sinai seed run is going... As of a couple of days ago, they're fully pollinated and the males have been murdered.

Today I noticed she's really starting to grow her buds and if you zoom in you can see a respectable level of frost. I'm looking forward to pheno hunting their offspring.

I've got this tough little Strawberry Headband seedling courtesy of a most generous AFN member.

She was living outside in a hailstorm and got stuck this way. But she refuses to be treated any differently. In a couple of weeks she'll look like a completely different plant!

Yesterday I used some string to pull the Purple Canyon colas apart and allow more light to reach the inside of the plant. I think this smelly lady is going to be a good yielder.

Here's the 4x4 today. See that light green plant in the middle with about 100 stems? That's the Doug's Varin I recently revegged. I put her in the tent day before yesterday. She's going to be a hedge!

Mango Smile, day 78. I chucked some pollen on her in case she is compensating for my dismal yield by providing some kind of godlike smoke.

Buds are pretty large and dense though. I might fill a mason jar, just barely.
