Looking great Jax.You must be buzzin mate.
Ive been wanting to to run a bubble bucket for a while now and was wondering how much
air youre running thro each bucket? Ive read that 20litres/min is minimum for growing big plants.
So i had to ask,cheers.

Hi Red, 220 ltr per hour I've just found out. I have two air stones in the one bucket. I brought a kit and wish I hadn't really, the buckets are better to use as singles rather than with the res and top feed ect for the space I'm in. It is a cool method for me, even though I wish I could do organic hydro really for a cleaner product.

Thats only 3.66litres/min and your plant is big enough to fill my 3x3 tent.
Its no good me getting a 20l/min air pump if plants will be too big fo my tent.
Atm am using a drip system,multi feeds daily in coco/perlite with GH3 nutes.
Organics arnt recommended for drip systems coz of clogging tubes,but i was going
to try Biobizz nutes with a bubble bucket as theres nothing to clog up if only air is going
thro tubes and stones.Am sure i will be corrected if wrong.

Red I looked a bit at pop22 grows and because I couldn't fill the buckets to the max I only ever put 8-10 litres in them so there is a 2/3 inch gap between the roots and water. If I was braver I would turn the air off and try.
I just spent out on dp nutes so perhaps once they have gone. I will try something else.

Yo dendrite, I thought you might like see what your ogre may look like soon. She is being good to me I think.

She is still feeding well and I'm a little miffed that my light has lost a panel. Other than that alls good as it can be. Spent the day with the Mrs at the hospital while she had a laparoscopy to see if they can do anything with the cancer so waiting time now till results are in. Some pics to keep me amused.

And the other two might give them their own journal.

The Ogre is 8 weeks old today and I've wished her a happy one by changing her res with some lovely fresh nutes.
I'm going to start a thread for each the other two now more for my own observations yet anyone is welcome to join me on my journey.
