I am not sure but from the shape of the leaves and the look of the flowers I think it's a cannabis plant!

For fecks sake. Ask a stoned mod and get a stoned answer. You guys crack me up. It was part of a mix pack I bought from SS and it looks so different to any plant I ever grew.
Very strange leaves. But not a bad plant. Near the end of it's life.

If I asked you to do a smoke report for me would I get a better answer ?
