I have read these two give the best infusion percentage for my decarbed flowers of all the other oil options like olive oil and others.

Just confirming if this is true.

Thanks

Or this?

What kind of end product are you looking for?
Right now I infuse coconut oil at a rate of about 1.5 grams per ounce.
I place the infused oil in 000 gel caps then into the fridge.
When I dose I undo the cap and squeeze it into my mouth to dissolve. Very effective.

I want to get away from the caps and go with a eyedrop glass bottle.
The nutritional hemp oil stays liquid when cold and might be perfect provided the flowers diffuse well into it.

I would use my Magical Butter Machine at its lowest setting (130F) with the decarbed flowers and this hemp oil.

I do not think there is a better or more efficient method for a home extraction than rosin. I have tried them all. Except BHO, hydrocarbons are totally off the list. I do still soak the left over chips in ethanol and evaporate that off but is is a very inferior product to rosin.

I then decarb the rosin and make into chocolates. This is a "whole plant" product with very little losses in the process and the effect and flavor are for the connoisseur. It is very easy to titrate because the actives content is consistent within the same strain gram for gram. Using an average 700mg per gram of actives is also fairly consistent accross strains in the tests I have read.

When I do make oil I use Coconut, olive oil and butter. These are all for cooking or salves.

This is a video I made about how I make my chocolates:

I would love an equipment list.
Looks expensive.
I assume the rosin can be used in many carriers besides chocolate?

This is what I have been using, and it works very well . I use the Ardent Nova to decarb my plant, and then to infuse the MCT oil. I put it in my coffee in the morning, and take 1-2ml sublingually before bed. When it comes to baking, I do use liquid lecithin as an emulsifier. Helps bind the mixtures together for the most part, as well as a host of other benefits.

Yes it could be used in any edible. I vape it directly - Dabs.

Equipment list:

A gram scale
A rosin press. (DIY if you have tools and know how. <$200.)
90 Micron rosin bags
silicon parchment paper
A precision hot plate (I have used the bottom plate on the rosin press to decarb)
small Borosilicate beaker
Double boiler
Chocolate mold

Supplies list:
1 gram rosin
1 gram cocoa butter
2 tsp. Liquid Sunflower Lecithin
4.5 oz. of chocolate

yield = 70 - 10mg doses. I take 25mg to 30mg a day.

See the DIY Rosin Press and hot plate info in my signature.
