I think I'm into flowering help

My lights are turned up thanks and I see cal. deficiency in the girls now. I got some Fox Farm Bush Doctor Cal-mag do I only use half strength for it also? It says 1tsp per gal. But they have really started growing!

Did you read message #29

I did read that post but I have not used very much nutes. 2 times since starting the grow. But I watered with some Big Bloom and Big Grow at half of what they say on Friday and went out of town. Came back last night and this morning they were getting dry and all of them were showing rust spots. I bought some Fox Farm Bush Doctor Cal-mag. this weekend.

Ok... :goodluck:

So can you advise me? On the cal-mag will the lack of that cause problems? I'm so new I'm lost and want the best out of my grow! Post 29 seams to tell me only water, water, water! But I thought that when they start flowering and making buds they need all the nutes just at half strength?

Thanks I've been reading and there are so many different things. Some day cal-mag with every water from start to end. And everything in-between so that's why I'm lost. Then I see that it is needed at the spot I'm in on my grow when starting to flower and bud. I have been so glad that you all are replying!

Learning how to care for them is the hardest part. If you only got " water, water, water " out of post #29....then read it again.....MoG knows his shit and got me on the right path by telling to put the cal-mag on the back shelf, that's why I tagged him in.....I understand being new to this and not wanting to fail, accept the fact you WILL fail at times....being able to learn from that failure makes you a better grower...Start with your well water, google is your friend in this instance, search for info such as aquifer and solulable mineral content in your area....will give you an idea if you have some calcium, iron, magnesium etc already in your water....search for a technical anaylsis of your prefered soil such as how much calcium is in it and how readily available it is ( can be readily available for your plant or available over time). Take your time, read about different styles of growing and figure out which way you want to grow, as you learn more, you'll most likely figure out what works in your situation..
And don't consider yourself lost, consider yourself as just learning...we all went through it.

I read #29 again and understand it. With the N and cal and getting locked out. Seems he Waters and nutes are not that often. Here is the latest pictures and maybe I should get my water tested.

He is just really good man. Lol he can read exactly what the plants are trying to tell us they need or have to much of which is what we are trying to learn! They look good and they have definitely grown! Great job! :d5:
