I can't stop the droop and what looks like the start of Mg

I don’t want to turn this into a light debate but the light cycle has nothing to do with your issue in my opinion. I am in the 24hr camp and have been since day 1. This is why I bring this up. I suggest that you keep your light cycle the same. Here is why, not anything to do with what cycle is better, it is simply about the process when something goes wrong. You want to change just one thing at a time when addressing a problem in my opinion. If you see something going out of whack and then start to change everything in your environment , you will never know what fixed or exacerbated your issue. So for now, until you fix your issue I would only change one thing right now, and that would be the watering. I think it is over watered. That is my answer to your issue

So she's certainly perked up now, I've changed the light schedule and carried on watering as normal. Are these leaves showing some signs of something or am I just being paranoid now, the pics don't really highlight the issue very well but the leaves seem light with darker veins?

Hey, I also got drooping leaves recently, fixed the problem and noticed that if they grow a bit while droopy, they’ll stay droopy for maybe the rest of their life, while the old leaves perk back up and the new growth grows in straight. Here is an example of a leave being “stuck” in the droopy postition and how it looks when you try to fix it. So, if you change anything try to look for changes in the newest growth and old leaves.

I have a 3 Bears that went droopy, got stressed and hermied at week 5. I had the same problem last year when the AC was running in the summertime. No problems when the AC isnt on, fun times.
