I started another HBSS. Here is a photo of day 3.

A BIG thanks for the picture. My first Hubbabubbasmelloscope just sprouted and immediately stretched. I thought it was starving for light until I looked at your first picture. Our seedlings look the same, like a long necked giraffe.

Right on guys! It happened to me too... I just didn't want to admit it... lol

EDIT: For the first few hours it was fat and short the it went wooo way up and it's never stopped... good luck!

I started another HBSS. Here is a photo of day 3. This will be grown in Potters Gold Soil. The last one I grew was in Canna Terra Pro + soil. It's in a 5 gallon equivalent airpot. Right now its under 110 watt T5 lighting. In about a week it will go under a combination of Mars 192x3 reflector, Mars old style 300 watt, and a Topled 400 watt leds. I'll be using the General Organics lineup of nutrients and possibly some Advanced Nutrients Bud Candy. I will post this later If I end up using it in bloom. The last HBSS grow was in different soil and under 400 watt HPS lighting. It went 76 days and yielded 168 grams or 5 7/8 ounces dry weight. I'll be anxious to see any differences and comparisons.

They do get tall and leggy and lanky, but they give it up for sure.

That is exactly the kind of women I like. LOL

Coming from Sour Crack germination to Hubbabubb germination was a shock for me. I expected Hubbabubba to be taller, but it is 3Xs taller at the same age! It is putting so much effort into that Looong stalk. I thought there must be something wrong with my Grownorthern HS1. The Journals here are a great resource for newbies.

Day 12. No issues at all, looking good. Gave it a light feed today and moved it to the big tent.
