Are they supposed to be autoflowers? I can't see any in the picture, but do you see any flowers forming in the plant on the right? My guess is that the plant on the right is not an autoflower and you need to reduce the light to 12/12 to kick it into flower. 11 weeks with no flowers sure doesn't sound like an auto.

Experience, genetics. Some blurples will do the job. I increased dramatically when switching to mars qbs and megacrop.youll get there.
 
Thanks for the advice everyone much appreciated, I will take it on board and on the next grow will see how it goes, I'm gonna get the mars ts600 as it's the perfect dimensions, and will stick with Coco,
Not to sure what nuitriants to use on the next run,
I'm going to get some auto Dutch passion seeds but need a plant that is short as I don't have much height or much space at all

I can vouch for them. Good breeder. I got 5.7 oz off an auto Euforia. It was not even the healthiest of plants as my nutrients were not very good. I got there though, with the help of this community here on AFN.
Stick around here and you will have help from good people who know what they are talking about.

Total control over the environment (keep temps + RH as consistent as possible, in a good VPD range).....genetics and adequate lighting will help yields.
