How much should I water seedlings

How much water do seedlings need ? I’m using biobizz lightmix soil . 5 hps lights two fans ram table fans . Extractor fan . 22L fabric pots .
After Iv germinated using water glass method should I put them directly in 22litre pot ?

I would water only around the seedlings as wide as the leafs are. The more they grow the larger the wet ring around the plant.
In the beginning use a turkey baster

You can go straight into the large pots if you want but I would tend to not. If one dies or just grows shit you can bin it without having to make up a large pot of soil. Regardless what you do I would only use a spray bottle, about 10-15 sprays, then after about a week start pouring water but not much only about 100mils if even. Water again when top is dry.

Moisture meters takes some of the guessing out. BioBizz Light Mix is my fav medium and drains well...nevertheless, I still double check to avoid overwatering.
