Depends on what your going for ,I often just find an old sock I will stuff it with worm castings an whatever else I see fit an use it like a tea bag ,other times ⏲ I used about a handful of castings in.a gallon but could definitely use more .It's kinda funny I never measure any thing or pH any thing I use Hands an spoons to measure stuff an everything turns out peachy .

I have my own Worm bins, so I have plenty to use. I typically use 2ish cups of EWC and another 2ish cups of BAS Build-a-Flower into about 4 gallons of water, so I guess that means a cup of castings/compost per gallon?
