Lighting How Many Plants?

Whats up AFN i know alot of people ask how many plants they can grow im sorry to be another one of those people. as you can see from my first grow i got 3 plants going on and i wanted to add another one to the mix. I have a GN M0006, 3x 125w feliz dual spec cfls, 3x 27w 6500k and 2700k (only would run 3 at a time for heat) so total watts would be 636. my 3x3x6ft tent will be here today and im sure ill have the space but was wondering if my lighting would be ok? and how many good size plants could i grow with my lights? im aiming for 5 total one day but wont move to five until i get another LED for temp purposes. how many are possible with my set up as it is now?

One M0006 will cover that 3x3 area just fine.It depends what strain you get to figure out how many you can grow in that area.

so i dont need to worry about adding plants to the setup i have? im growing 3 right now that that top out at 80cm thinking of adding another around the same height maybe a little bigger. i have a poll going asking which to add in the AF General D take your pick what i should add.:stylez rasta smoke: thank bro!

in a 3ftX3ft tent four, would fill it it to capacity, there would be crowding . three is ideal, not because of to little light, but the space.
i have a 40" square tent a little bigger than your's , i run about 450 watts of led, and hang three cfl's , for three plant's and there is barely enough room for three. and a tower fan:

You can always stagger your plants so when you are harvesting the three you have two or three about to hit the preflower stretch but it would take some planning. That would allow you a perpetual harvest and wouldn't take up much more room. I have a 40"x40" and have grown 5 photos to 40" in there but I would never do it again. It is difficult to maneuver. That is what it looked like at 90 days flowering.

Thanks Guys For the Replys. and thats what im thinking of doing, have the three at 2weeks and add this next plant about next week or two then plant a 5th seed once i start flushing. so when it comes to harvest time i can chop one then plant one, chop one then plant one. ect. does that sound good?

That is exactly what I would do, plan on getting some small stands. I use 5 gallon buckets from lowes and stack them. That way you can adjust the smaller plant's height to your light because you don't want them to stretch. You can buy 5 gallon buckets for a few dollars and use them for water when they aren't being used for planter stands.

Guess i should have asked this myself i wanted to run a 400w led over 5 Think Differents in a 3x3 tent in 2gal airpots.
Would it be more recommended to go just 3 plants?

Ill be using either promix or ss#4 along with a feeding schedule close to Tang's so I'm hoping for some big plants. Guess ill go 3 might try 4 max

Edit: i like the idea of structured planting but just to much extra hassle for my first grow in a few years and first auto/led/tent/airpot/advanced nutes/soil less medium grow ever its already half a notebook of notes and im not even started
