New Grower How long to go on this ????

What's going on with this?? She's been outside for a while now as the weather is nice, her leaves are going pale? Like white? Anyone have a clue as to what it is? She's growing alright but not sure for how much longer.. Starting to see purple aswell don't know if you can see from the pictures

That plant looks extremely under-developed, hard to say without looking at the trichomes

Isn't Wales a bit too cold yet to be growing outside already? Would be my first guess.
