Your seedlings look healthy enough, so whatever height you have your light at right now is probably good. Later on in flower you can get down as close as 12-16 inches but you don't get as larger footprint. In other words if you want to get down low you'll need more light.

its going to get cramped in there pal if your going to have 4 i started mine at 30 inch to begin with a 600w led just move a inch and monitor them

hey buddy as jingo said it looks like your about right height anyway. i start at 28" (with a 270w) and lower it every couple days till the leaves start showing signs of stress then keep it 2" higher than that.

Yes I'll keep a close eye on them and I hope I've got enough room. It's hard to grow in a big pot because it's so easy to over water them and I've never grown indoors be for and I don't know if I need add anything else with the nutrients I'm using or not.

i grow in coco myself pal but when you feed them feel the weight of the pot when its dry and give them a small drink then wait till its dry again i had the same issues when i first started thats why i started my seedling in solo cups then onto the main pot just try not to over think stuff if you give them light and water they will grow just keep it simple and in soil you dont need feed all the time depending on the type just water as far as i know

your lights are 132w each buddy. so 264w total if youve got 2 of them. not the strongest but theres plenty of light there to get you a decent harvest : )
