it really depends on your locale, as some have indicated. In my case, I make sure it's broken down into small nugs and just let it sit in ashtray for a few hours covered with a tissue. RH around here is below 20% so, like Si, mine is ready to smoke within a few hours. I do not, and would not, use microwave or oven. In general, I find the longer it takes (within my patience limits) and more naturally it dries, the better indication it gives of taste and effect.[/QU
