I have 6 plants in total in my small grow tent. 1 plant in particular has been hit with spider mites (i think) ive purchased mite predator sachets and mighty wash spray AND hot shot strips all arriving tomorrow.

Ive dropped my enviroment to about 24c and 65% humidity to try slow them down, they havnt seemed to bother with my other plants. Maybe a few speckles here and there.

My question is, is there anything else i can do? Will those products be enough? Worried as there about 40days old and all showing bud now :( havnt seen any webs on the bud, only a very small amount of web on a couple leaves.

Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou!

the hot shot strips will kill them. but don’t use those if your grow space is in a living area with humans or pets.

My grow tent is in my spare room in my house? Windows open and have no pets. Would it be ok? Didnt realise how serious they were :/

up to you...

Try and get some organic bug spray like Garden Safe and spray your plant and also underside of leaves.

worst thing is, some species of mites can crawl off and hibernate for 30 days and still reproduce, they are a nightmare when they get out of hand... this may sound mad, but theres some shit you can get that is for racing pigeons "harkermectin" - Birds get mites see, and this shit nukes the fuck out of them. wouldnt recommend it during flower, but after you finished you can nuke your area to prevent further problems.

Dont use during flower though, im pretty sure its toxic as fuck.

My babies are pretty much finnishing up now, 2/3weeks left... ive slightly kept them under control with mite predators ( seemed to have slowed down) and squished any i saw. didnt wanna use strips or toxic shit as the tent its in my spare room [emoji23] once there all down im gunna bug bomb them!!! Seen a few little white flies aswell. Cunts. Neem oil for my next grow from the start! Cheers boys.

Looks alright! you got them under control by the look of it, not long til chop time :) ...when you chop them and hang them upside down to dry, you will notice all the mites will climb to the top of the stem and make webs and camp up there rather than around your buds, i used to burn them with lighter and can of deodorant at that point just so i felt the pleasure of burning the little fuckers! haha... when you finished this grow make sure you dismantle the tent and stick all the poles in a bleach bath as they can get in the holes on the poles and infest again weeks later... better safe than sorry.

They look good though mate! good job.

Neem and silicon early next grow should keep them away even if they are lurking.
