Thanks a lot! I will try that. The infestation seems to still be pretty small. All three young plants which would suffer the most from these pests seem to not be infested yet so I will hope for the best.A thin layer of diatomaceous earth over the soil will help thwart them. It cuts them with its micro edges.
You can also put out dishes of apple cider vinegar with a little dish soap. Bugs love it, and the soap reduces the surface tension so they drown.
I have another plant indoor under a 300W COB LED and despite her being the oldest, my first outdoor grow gives me so much more struggles already .
The gnats probably showed up because I did not let the soil dry enough, so most likely my bad anyway.
