Alright, so I think I have a somewhat considerable amount of lung power/air draw when I inhale from smoking pieces; in the past even several people have commented about some of my bong rips on the CannaZone radio show, so either they are just flattering or I really am taking long rips, but regardless, tonight I managed to get this sucker to COMBUST. It was a cold start, hadn't vaped at all but had some stuff left in it from earlier that I was vaping on so I'm sure it was a bit dry, but I took a massive, long single toke on it (you know how the light would go off on some of those 510 battery cheap vapes? Or like an O-pen? Well, beyond that time frame  ) Whatever it was, I suddenly found my mouth filled with thick smoke. At first I thought I had just taken a massive vape rip, and then the taste hit me of burnt herb. Smelled like burnt herb. Burnt herb taste in my mouth. Very quickly spun off the top and sure enough, the herb had combusted and smoldering slightly/smoking in the chamber. I emptied it immediately and the sides of the chamber look a bit sooty.

Soooooooooo. For starters, I think it's time to clean this baby. Pics to come. And for second, it's possible the herb was just really dry and I took a really powerful, longer than normal draw. I've never once had it combust prior, so I'll see if I can recreate it with another long pull on a fresh bowl.

Clear this out and i wont be sharing my dope with you!!! Bwahahaha,,this is the stage setup we use for guests on the AW show!!

Have any of you guys tried out the WPA (Water Pipe Attachment) yet? Holy beans! Game changer man! Took two MASSIVE rips off it. Totally changes the dynamic of the vape. If you thought you couldn't get big vape hits off this, think again. Heats up the vape like an oven though, you wouldn't want to stick that in your pocket any time soon or you might cook your jiblets/unmentionables. I could see this in a leather sheath or pouch.

I have not tried the WPA .. The "seshs'" continue a few times a week.. I had my sister over to help trim plants and if course had to get another third party review... Her words.. The style is unique and simple..the heatup time is unbelievable fast.. ( i had the heat set to the middle/third setting).. The hit is clean and the flavor is very distinct ( i had to explain the convection method)(i still think most users expect to see smoke or get a huge cloud).. After a few hits i could see that the flavor was just a huge change over a lungfull of smoke ..i did have to let her know about the heat buildup and yes she did get the unit pretty toasty..okay hot.. We chatted as she "vaped" but i sat out this sesh so i could get her thoughts down and tell her about the unit.. She uses an epen for cbd oil so shes not a total noob and her overall opinion is that it is a very small discrete unit that would be great for on the move "sneak-a-toke" style enjoyment.. Or a casual "work-smoke-work" style environment where a long session is not feasible...

:jointman: hey guys! I have a friend who's looking for a vape like this, and I wanted to see what you think of the G'-Hopp so far? Right tool for the light duty user? :eyebrows:

It's a serious tool, provides heavy hits and gets you wrecked quick; not for lightweights, more for hard-core users. For a "light duty user" and their general use, maybe consider starting them with an Arizer Air, with this cheaper, not as hard-hitting/intense as the GH, easier to work with (e.g., filling simpler; load lasts longer), but bigger (less stealthy).

The user is also going to want or need extra batteries to keep charged for swapping in, particularly with the Grasshopper, which is designed to rapid deliver power from it's custom batteries (which they sell rather cheap). And unless they are a really light user, they will want a current technology battery charger (I use an Intellicharger I2, costs about $11), which I use with my GH batteries too (although the company recommends only the built-in charger). .

@Waira my bro.. My opin is that is is a great all around unit and any user can choose to hit it hard or toke it easy.. Its discrete and easy to take on the go. I use my hopper at home and on the go..I will still say that the heat can be an issue if your just trying to mad dog it. But the enjoyment comes from just relaxing with a fresh chamber and enough bud for a few reloads..i get good use from the two batteries and plan for using alternate methods if im just looking to get wrecked..

Aunty..late to the Party..:bighug:..Open the box..Open the box..:vibe:..and Yeah...I managed to open the box upside down...

So..a little bit of background info.

Mossy..AFN's biggest technophobe..if it doesn't come with a Quick Start Guide..it ain't Happening....

If you need a Degree to operate it..it ain't Happening...

If I have to Learn to re-breathe..it ain't Happening.

Everything I Own needs to be Simple..like Me..:coffee:

Here is the Instructions...:d5:..Yay..Simple ..like Me.....

your Granny could set this one up..and get results...straight in.

The postal box was Clean..:headbang:..no mention of what was inside the package.
Although Spain is considered semi legal..I don't want the postie knowing my business.

The [HASHTAG]#grasshopper vape[/HASHTAG] packaging inside is Class..not the kind of box you throw away..more a Tool Box for keeping all your bits together in one handy place.

Kit Box..Hubby loves Kit boxes....he Loves Tools..and he absolutely Loved this [HASHTAG]#grasshopper vape[/HASHTAG] from the first Touch.

The Vape has a very satisfying Weight to it..but what got Hubby was the precission tooling.

He said it was aircraft standard...he screwed all the moveable sections off..screwed them back together and you could barely feel or see a join..he said that is Quality craftsmanship.

Looks like a craftsmans tool..feels like a craftsmans tool...unless you actually Knew what it was..you wouldn't suspect it's Purpose.

Hidden in full view.
Always a Good point.

Although I must admit..we did both pick it up upside down and said hypodermic syringe...:coffee:..the Quality is that kind of surgical grade that you know costs a fortune.

Overall First Impression is Quality..not just of the Vape itself...but everything that comes With it...:headbang:..if I bought it for myself or bought it as a Gift for someone else I'd be congratulating myself on that.

First Class piece of Kit..:d5:..immediate customer Gratification.

Previous Vape Experience.

Varied.

Our First vaping experience was with the Magic Flyte Box..as recommended by members on [HASHTAG]#AFN[/HASHTAG] ....and we didn't enjoy that at all.
Put us off considering Vaping as a chosen method for a long while.
Too Faffy.

Second experience was a Snoop Dogg Vape Pen.
Loved it..it was a third of the price of the MFB..and is as easy to smoke as a joint..BUT..here is the controversy ..as pointed out by @Eclectic Elle when she asked for recommendations for a reasonably priced Vape ..:bighug:..the Snoop Dogg Vape doesn't Vape..it Combusts...so technically..it isn't a Vape....who Knew..?..certainly not this little [HASHTAG]#Vape[/HASHTAG] Virgin..

So our [HASHTAG]#grasshopper vape[/HASHTAG] journey is a journey of Discovery...for [HASHTAG]#Vape[/HASHTAG] Virgins everywhere...
