Indoor Hope's perpetual Skyline grow

So from grobog door and tent door fully open for a good couple hours..

60 minutes after closing just the room door tight.. leaving tent door open..

Conditions in the room went from 53% humidity and 24.8c to 64% hum and 27.1c

Conditions in the tent went from 40% humidity and 28c to 46% hum and 30.9c

I really would like it a tad cooler all round.. my plants don't seem to mind it to much.. to the naked eye.. but logic dictates that an even better result would be had from more optimal temps.

What I need to do is set the inkbird up and test closed tent V open grobog door and closed tent V closed grobog door.. those are the important ones..

Alas.. I fear that test will not happen today.

I’ve seen people fill a 2 litre bottle with water, freeze it. Then put by a fan and blow it into your tent.
It was last year I think when we had the heatwave lol
Can you remember how much that hac brought the temp down by?

I have an Inkbird fan controller somewhere m8.. which of course I've never used.. y would ya eh lol its to one that u can plug a heater and extract into.. I think.. or either or.. one of the basic ones.. im testing my temps here atm.. as I'm bored off work sick ill report back with findings.. my problem is that the tent is in a small downstairs shower room ans it heats the whole room to a temp that's above desirable.. so I'm not sure there's much I can do when the immediate ambient temp outside the tent is already higher than where I want.. if that makes sense.. I mean.. I'd just be venting really warm air into warm air.. with no cooler air to pull in.
oh I see, many moons ago, I used a bathroom and I worked out where the air flue was, cut through the plaster and cut the plastic and attached the tent extractor ducting to that - all the old air was removed nicely and it drew air from under the door i.e. the rest of the house.

I’ll see if I can find the thread (it was aaaages ago on (another forum)
I think by a couple of degrees but don’t hold me to that lol
it won’t last long let’s face it loool (I don’t remember seeing how long it lasted)
@Antonio_DutchPassion if Dyson can charge u nearly £300 for the same thing y not loooool
Their new “air coolers” pull air through a “cold tank” on the bottom which works better if u top it up with ice cubes lol

Edit. Tbh if u can freeze a big 1/2/3 gallon water bottle that will obviously be more effective and last longer for a diy air cool lool

this works for sure - very basic but it works, I remember when living in hot countries without AC, we would always throw a wet towel over the the fan to cool the room down a notch or two.
For lowering the temps in the tent it works but increases humidity an unacceptable and keeps it high a long as you are effectively blowing wet air around, this said in the past I had a bucket with a little water in it, and plastic bottles that were filled with water and frozen sitting in the bucket a small fan blowing over that reduced the temps in the lung room and having the bulk of the water/ice in sealed bottles keeps the humidity in check.
The same example used in your grobog @hope2grow could just be a matter of putting some water in the sink and putting a few frozen water bottles in there and have a fan blowing over it

An easy way to reduce the heat would be to cut down to 1 light.. which now has me reading about ppfd and dli and all that nonsense that I never pay attention too hahaha!! I'm safer at work!!

It’s amazing how 1 little read can lead to all sorts lol
