Never tried either to be honest, but you can safely assume your rockwool is relatively neutral unlike soil, so I would go for the Coco oneSo here's a question hydro gurus.. @Zaaboot @420autoflower and anyone else who may happen to have a say..
Big Bud Coco NPK 0-4-4.. big bud 'ordinary' NPK 0-1-3.. which should I use in the rockwool.. I have both.
According to this site the Advanced Nutrients Big Bud can be used in hydro.big bud 'ordinary' NPK 0-1-3
