I am right now in proccess of building wooden kind of airtight (in case electricity power goes off so no smell leak or as little as it could be) cabinet
This project is for my present situation with very limited space and with need for absolutely discretion (smell, sound, vision).

3D printing grow cabinet? What kind of 3D printing machine would be neccessary for something like that? What could be the cost of 3D printing machine? To own one. I am actualy looking into options of making semi automated grow cabinets for peope with need for absolutely discretion but effective ones. As a possible business model. 3D printing never came to my mind.

I agree with going with Soil over any other medium if you're away that much. By far the least amount of drawbacks and the most forgiving. That's a massive budget. What did you go with? I think under those circumstances there's just so much to plan for. Mechanical timers are simple but if you ever lose power you can't reset the clock. Wifi and digital can be flaky on top of power, especially if you live in a Storm affected place. And do you run multiple lights, fans or pumps incase one fails? What's your space like?

If you want to leave a system alone for several days, look into Autopots, or something like this:

I think AutoPots and Bluemats [and similar self-regulating, simple mechanical (nothing digital/electrical) watering systems] are the best way to go.
