Are my plants in stunt mode ? You can see the size of them in that age they small ? What should I do ?

For there age they are a little small but it's them tip that bother me also are you using nutrients now or not

As I said the tips is when they had problems at first . It was black and died and dried out and now looks yellow . New grow is green tips all good. Yes I’m using nutes now . ( 3l is 3 litres water and number at nutes are ML.
