Hey I've got to grow question for all you experts

That's the most bizarre thing I've heard today...

Is it possible that it was close to saturated prior to watering?

Ya I am not experienced but with coco only and not perlite I would think it would water long before draining out. Got me stumped too.

@TxRebel dude please could you be so kind and recompose all your posts into just one comment? Its really hard on the eyes and brains sir.

Bout runoff..
She looks good.
Try to water slower.. as slow as possible..
Correct ph and ec lvls helps with water absortion

I would also say medium already saturated. seems like the only logical solution.:2cents: best way to feed is picking up the pot and check weight.

It's an eight week old six shooter it's in 5 gallons of Coco coir only I been feeding her one liter every 12 hours and getting 10 to 20% run off yesterday it was about at 80% run out the bottom don't know what else to say

It's either of opposite extremes, either bone dry and water is passing through or it's saturated and can't hold any more. Based on your description, it's the latter.

The nice thing about coco is that as long as you provide drainage you can't waterlog your plant in coco like you can in soil, so it did its job and told you to back off and let it dry out a few days.

Oh I got in a hurry and I kind of forgot about the Pearl Light but I got that down for next time

And thanks for that explanation of Coco coir this is my first grow in Coco coir I'm still learning
