I have a question, if I let an auto hermaphrodite, does the seeds keep the same quality (THC, CBD) as the original strain? I have done a lot of reading and see that the seeds they produce will hermie about 50% of the time, but can not find any information on quality of the bud that comes from seeds that have hermie mother.

I wonder why You are willing to take the risk? IMO it's a bad idea to put hermie genes in the pool. You could easily make good seeds by proper breeding. Even feminized.
If You have hermie seeds and grow them, they will pollinate themselves. Putting energy in to make seeds and not buds. Bad idea. Do it right or don't. That's my opinion

It's all up to You. It would be a shame You found the perfect plant within your hermies. You then decide to breed with it, even if it doesn't show hermie tendencies they are there. 4 generations later with your perfect breed they all hermie. I would hate myself for that and would try to eliminate every risk of that. It's really not worth the trouble.
Try to look in to Colloidal Silver or STS if you want to make fem seeds. You didn't tell what Your intentions was so answered in a more general way.
