ive used herbies for 2 years.my order turns up within 48hrs,granted im not that far away from them.never had a germing issue.
those in usa seem to wait 2+ weeks,but that's not herbies fault.
ive heard of some single seeds not germing.but maybe in usa customs have a fancy machine that blasts external mail with radiation,x-rays photon beams or the like ?
im not bigging herbies up,if I had got seeds from elsewhere I could compare.i use the method of aint broke don't fix it.
regarding compensation ? as they are uk based I don't think they will talk about germing problems.

I'm in the states and although I only made 2 orders, both arrived within 10 days and no germination issues. I'm with you, if it aint broke don't fix it lol

You know they probably hear problems day in and day out. But in some situations you need to take care of a loyal customer. We had a history with them and never had any issues. Then we had an order and maybe a 50% germ rate. They were from same seed company and not in breeder packs. And like I said, we danced around the subject gently and weren't really demanding anything, so they took it upon themselves to make sure we were happy. Since I found Mephisto I just go with them exclusively now, but Herbies was good.

Yea il be kinda upset if this problem doesn't get resolved as Iv used Herbies for Years and have given them Hundreds of Dollars Yearly..
This is my First time ever having Germ issues.
Iv never had problems with shipping normally 10 days to the states.

but that's not the Problem the Problem is I dropped $250 just on 710 genetics and nothing has Germd. Will probably not order Autos from them these Bredders Again.

I did have one order get taken by customs from them, after that I went with the super stealth or whatever its called.

damn that's a big order of a single breeder.id be pissed to.
I feel for you,but it aint really herbies problem,they just the middle man so to speak.im sure they will try and do something for you as a valued customer of theirs,and pretty sure they will be in touch with 710 on your behalf to.
fingers crossed you get at least a partial refund.

Alrighty then ... finally received my Herbies order today. Man I was starting to sweat bullets, because the last thing I needed was for our small town post office guy spreading the word that I has a package confiscated by customs. I got 9 fabric pots, (3 gallons), ready to go and now I just got to figure out which beans to sprout and how to keep them identified. Of course that's a much better problem than worrying about where my beans are ... Peace all!
