hemp cross breed

Hey Guys..Thanks for your opinions..Very interesting..Hmmm and they have given me renewed vigour in exploring this idea,definately.

I heard that it takes 200 generations to become a landrace? is that right?

I know what you are saying Evol but this is just a venture of experimentation, with barely any financial input or space, as it will be outside,so it's just my curiosity that has the better of me..I know it could also take time, but it would be great to see/try the results and also to establish a ferel population of 'fairly decent' bud that could grow wild, far and wide lol..Thanks for the link as well i will check it out.

Thats really cool about the 'hemp' growing wild there in the states (Nice story Icenitribe)...i'm sure there must be some variation in the gene pool there,you just never know i guess? I rememeber hearing years back on the radio/news, that there was a 'wild population' of decent weed in Wales/Britain and this had established itself, either by being forgotten or escaping from a Guerilla grow? then spreading?.. and i'm sure people have been doing likewise to this scenario in the states,on a grander scale most likely...So what i'm saying is that maybe examples like this have effected your 'Feral Hemp' and given it variation at some level/somewhere,you never know the power of nature i guess?..

Where i am in Eastern ish Europe, is in near the ruderralis feral areas, well i say near, it is hundreds of miles away..I see a few pictures once of these vast fields of Rudaralis in Bulgaria and some looked quite smokeable IMO..I know they say it is extremely weak in potency,but i thought 'if' i lived near one of these vast natural fields, i would cut loads and make bubble hash,surely that would work?Like Icenitribe said, it may well have decent CBD.

Hank can you put up a link of your video?? That would be awesome! Thats my idea of fun!

Guys thanks for all your thoughts..I will certainly update you on the progress, but i'm not sure if it will be this year..

BUMP for the info..:tiphat::five::dance:

200 generations to become a land race? Well I call bull on that.
200 years for something to become a land race? no way.

BTW I hope in May I will know what the land race I found has for THC and CBD

200 years? Wouldn't be more like 66.6 years? average life cycle being about 18 weeks?

I don't see anything go in winter.

And where does this 200 number come up? Hemp is not native to my area but it grows like it is. It cant be more then 80 years old and grows like crazy.
Unless someone can show me proof of 200 years I call BS.
