Plant leaves seem lifeless, droopy and paper thin. 4 weeks old, using ro water with calmag and recharge , watering till runoff then letting soil dry 2-3 days before watering again. Using a mars hydro tsw2000 soil is fox farms ocean forest and happy frog with dr earth flower girl and dr earth all purpose( I just amended yeaterday.) temps are 75-80 lights on 68-70 lights off. 20/4 light schedule. Perked up yesterday when I watered but then was looking sad again today. Been making sure not to overwater atleast I think I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the pots heavy when you lift them? From what i can see ... it looks like under watered and/or under fed.. or both. At the stage they are at, they are pretty hungry and should be drinking alot... and in cloth pots, they dry out even faster.. I grow in something similar but i amend my soil with some stuff from build a soil and do a lot of top dressing...and water only with some molasses.... no bottled anything Recharge should help with nitrogen, but you need to maybe water with some molasses to liven things up... At this point I would have added a compost tea and a couple top dressings in anticipation of hunger in early flower... IMO with cloth pots, you don't want to let anything dry out necessarily... the goal is to maintain a constant level of moisture. You can do this by lifting the pot the day after a full watering, and trying to keep them about the same weight.. i tend to water from the bottom and sides to keep the moisture levels constant. Aside from the droop they look ok to me. Next time use a different fertilizer. I would recommend "craft blend" from build a soil.com as well as "build a flower".. Ive been reusing my soil for over as year now with a little amending and its a lot easier... Its pretty hard to overwater a plant that size in a cloth pot... Believe me Ive water logged the hell out of my plants just to see what would happen and they seem to not mind at all... The pot should feel pretty heavy with a plant that size in it... if not.. youre chronically underwatering the plant which can lead to other issues...

They look thirsty, especially if they perk up after watering. Maybe try to water twice a day? Or perhaps add a "wettner". You may already have that in your mix, I use a different brand.

I agree with the others that the plant looks thirsty. A 3 gallon pot, at that stage should probably be needing water every 3-4 if you water till run off.

I still weigh my pots. I know that when my pots weigh___oz it’s time to water. I take not of theweight of the pot at the first sign of droop and note it.

But also...that plant is stretching and the top growth does look like that for the first few days. Gauge by the more mature leaves.
