Hey guys
I just find out about this place doing some research as how to solve my flowering problems with my autos.
I will answer the troubleshooting form that I find to be very nice.

What is your experience level? (first timer, novice, experienced...)
I hove some experience with photo plants, its my first time growing autos.
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's)
250W HPS from veg to flower.
.2) Distance from tops?
About 20-30 cm
.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)
Bat wing

.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?
My grow is inside a closed room, unfortunately i cant have a continuous air flow system for the whole room so i try to change the air once or twice a day letting the door opened for a while.

.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?
I use an extractor with a carbon filter pulling air off the grow tent and a small fan inside the tent for air circulation.

.6) Schedule?
As it's been very cold where i live, i have been running 20/4 to prevent very long cold periods at night.

Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)

Substrate: Atami Janeco Light-Mix

.8) Size of container.

7L

Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph?

Not filtered tap water, ph 6.7 to 7. Where i live tap water is considered very nice for
human consumption.
10) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)
ph pen
11) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)
Generaly i adjust by adding a bit of ph 5.5 mineral water to low ph a bit when i use pure water.
When watering along with nuts the solution stays around 6.3-6.5.
12) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
I use the Guanokalong liquid ferts and the powder, but at the begining i fortgot to mix the powder into the soil. When i noticed one of my autos was already in 2 weeks of flower, the others were still in veg, so i top dressed all the plants in a desperate move to try to save them all from suffering from lack of P.
My feeding schedule was:

Veg
GK Grow - 2ml/L once a week
GK Taste Improver - 10 ml/L a week

Flower
GK Bloom - 2ml/L once a week
GK Taste Improver - 20-30 ml/L once a week

Water dosages: around 900 ml to 1,2L for each plant.

13) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
I feed 1 time a week, water every two days.

14) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
I top dressed with dolomite a couple of times during veg.
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
I believe it's stable.
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
ingoing 6.5. runoff 6.3
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
Sprayed once with a bit of neem oil.

Your growroom:
18) Indoors or outdoors?

Indoords
19) What size of closet, room or hut?
60cm x 60cm x 160 cm
20) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
Temps are around 23-28ºc and 50-60% humidity lights on / 14-17ºc and 70-80% humidity lights off
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
No signs at all.
Your strain:
22) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)

  • 1x Auto Mazar - Dutch Passion
  • 1x Auto Skunk nº1 - Sensi Seeds
  • 1x Auto Kaya 47 - Advanced Seeds
  • 1x Auto Ultimate - Dutch Passion
23) Is this an photoperiod strain?
No
24) How old is the plant?
  • 1x Auto Mazar - Dutch Passion - 10 weeks
  • 1x Auto Skunk nº1 - Sensi Seeds - 10 weeks
  • 1x Auto Kaya 47 - Advanced Seeds - 10 weeks
  • 1x Auto Ultimate - Dutch Passion - 7 weeks

25) In what life-cycle is it? Vegetative, pre-flowering, flowering, rippening?

They are all passing from pre to flowering stages, except Auto Kaya that is rippening.
26) From seeds or clones?
Seeds.

What do I need help for?

As i said, i forgot to mix the Guanokalong powder so i had to top dress at the pre flowering stages.
All of them started yellowing at the first week of flower, from the old to the newest leafs.

Also i noticed some signs of Calcium or Magnesium deficiency in all of them.
ea3f09d.jpg

The GK taste improver that i have been using since veg has 1% cal and a bit of mag, also i top dressed them with dolomite a few weeks ago but still..
I didin't find any organic calmag in my region to buy unfortunately.

Other thing i should mention is that i didin't add any more perlite into my mix, i really thought that the mix had enought perlite and coco , something that I really regret now, my soil is too compact after watering lots a of times.

I don't think i can save them and recover to a health green until the end of flower but at least i want to know the big mistakes i made.

Thank you all for the attention.

I take it your feed is organic so you shouldn't have lock out.It looks like severe lack of nitrogen and being so severe it might be hard to get her back at this point but I beleave you need to increase your cal/mag dose and if you can't find any organic try using some molasses and increase your nitrogen or veg nutes to see if you can get her to green up.This might take awhile and in the condition she's in don't expect to much at first.Continue to feed flower nutes also and hopefully you can get something to harvest.

:toke: hey Balthor--...more than one thing happening here I think,...I looked up the fert's, and noted the liquid bases have no P in them, the sole source is the powder, right? I didn't see the "taste improver" listed at their website---no idea what it is, or what's in it specifically,.... Bal, get us some nice whole plant side shots please,... I'm with Nammy, some of what I see is N defc. in those uniformly pale lower leaves, but the mid-uppers look like S defc. to me,... any analysis info on the labels about S content? ...the dark necrotic blotches are less certain; Seems there's plenty of Ca in the formulation, so next likely is atypical P defc symptom.... if all of the powder is just sitting on top, it's probably not getting in there fast enough,..Organics need time--and solid microbial life-- to break stuff down into available forms,...I don't see Mg defc. so far,... The dolomite is too slow acting to be of much help (slowest of lime sources; Ag lime, oyster shell powder is faster acting),... As for pH, testing straight run-off alone isn't going to give any kind of accuracy... this method is full of potential measurement error sources,... have a look at this methodology and calculation for r-o testing-> ( https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...-testing-and-ph-estimation.41733/#post-928975).... I hear you on the soil compaction!-- this will be an issue with the r-o pH test method unfortunately... Water logged soil is something plant roots despise,...
...let's see what those side pics show first. before we try to get a plan in action,.. likely, you'll need to add some extra grow nute's for a few rounds or so, for the N defc., or the fans will be sucked up very fast too soon,... the P, is a mess sitting on top; you can scratch it in deeper some, and water, but the uneven, slow distribution is still a problem,.. you might need to get another liquid source for it,.. General Organics, Roots Organics, Earth Juice are 3 organic based nute lines that will have something to hold you over,...

Hey @namvet25 @Waira
Thanks for the help guys, you are very kind!
I'll post some pics later, they are sleeping now ;p
Well i guess i can confirm the ruge N deficiency at least right? I just think it's odd couse in veg they had no problems with N, they even burned a bit when i put the recomended dose. I guess i can add some of the veg fert back again and try to recover the green?

About the Taste Improver, it's the GK Extract, altought it's highlighted as taste improver at the bottle.
It's basicly the powder extract, but it says it has only 2% NPK on their website.

The powder along with the extract are the only P source indeed. Problem is that instead of mixing the powder with the soil (stoned dude forgot about it) i top dressed 100g for each plant. Although there is a recomendation on their website for top dressing in case of not mixing with the soil, they say you should do asap, and i think when i did was a little too late for most of the plants.

The plants are in 3 different stages
-the auto kaya 47 is at her last week, she soffered from the N and P def all the way, but still i got some good and frosty nugs.
- Auto Mazar and Skunk#1 (the ones i posted pics above), those are same age as Kaya, but they showed sex a lot later. They are now 3 weeks flowering.
- Auto Ultimate - it's the younger but already the biggest an taller one. She is at her pre flowering stage and is already showing some yellowing just like the other 3.
I think that is the one to save.

I will be back with more detailed pics.
Very grateful for the help guys!
:thanks:

:smoking: Bal-- good pics! okay, I'm still thinking S defc. (overall yellowing, veins and all), and probably P defc. (necrotic patches), more remote is Mn defc.,.... the S and P are tied to the powder that's sitting on the surface, poorly distributed, so isn't keeping up with demand,... Both are in high demand during blooming, so that's likely why they don't fade out like this until then,... The Kaya is pretty much done, so let her be,.. the others, get them epsoms salts for the S (1 fat tsp/L), a couple rounds of that in a week, and the P, you need another liquid product, as even if you made a liquid suspension of the powder, at only 0.5 P, it's too weak, but if there's nothing else, try dissolving it and let it sit overnight... sorry mate, I can't see any way around it,... this is why I don't like "single source" (like bat poops) organic nutes, they are inherently incomplete and/or out of proportions...it's a round peg forced into a square hole, IMO,... that said, the Kaya made fat buds, despite the low P! :d5: ... the S is the worse problem of the two,...

Thanks @Waira ! I did some research about S defc. and it makes sense, i will try the epsom salt.
For the P defc. i am considering buying the GO biothrieve bloom, you think it can solve it?

...sure, Biothrive Bloom is good stuff, the whole line is in fact.. several fine growers here use it! ... reduce the epsoms dosage to about 1/4 for regular supplementing, the above dosage is for defc. treatment only,..:pass: happy to help Bal'! :goodluck:

I would not top dress the dolomite unless you had a PH emergency. The PH of the neem if it is strait neem has a high PH so be carful of that too. I would also get larger pots which will help with problems like this. To me it looks like a lock out but I could be wrong. I would run the largest pots your space allows next time. My old 250 did not have venting so I had to point a fan at it pointing up at the hood. I had it in a 24"X24" closet and have had the light as close as 6-8" from the plants before with out any problems. I think 30cm is a little far I would drop it to 15cm not that its causing any problems but I run my 600 around 20 cm it keeps the plants shorter. I find it too hard to grow plants that large in pots that small. They become too sensitive to every thing.

Bal, forgot to mention, GO makes CaMg+, a great product! All carbonate based, in a fermented sugar base,...no synthetic chem's, as far as "organic" definitions go,...
