I get about 60-100g per plant in 1g coco fabric pots, my space is big enough to run 2 of those at a time, so I get about 150-200g if everything goes right every 10-14 weeks. That means I can pull, conservatively, 600g/year of finished product. That budgets out to about 1.6g per day of consumption assuming only myself.
There are so many variables in my math that won't apply to your situation, but that's how I plan my grows. I've come to find out that I actually consume more than that, so I've expanded my space a bit. This is the beauty of autoflowers, if you have a veg space and a flowering space, you can run photos and get amazing quality and yields, and keep autos going in the veg space to supplement the crop without needing a dedicated lighting schema.
If you're only thinking about autos, I'd actually go with smaller containers and try to maintain a perpetual system, where you're growing relatively tiny plants but always have one about ready to come down. @Mr.Sparkle is the best example of this kind of autoflower perpetual harvest I've come across on weed forums...
