Hi everyone, ive found so much help through theese forums. So thank you all for what youre doing

Ive now purchased what is going to be my first grow equipment.

This includes

AC Infinity 90x90x180
AC Infinity S6 6Inch inline fan
controller 67 for humid and temp control.

I have this plus the HLG 300 Rspec V2 on the way but i am starting to question if this was the correct light for my setup. They State it covers a 90x90 in flower but i am really concidering geetting the Lumatek attis 300W.

What would you choose for my setup?

Lumatek i would think would give a bretter spread? And also gives me total of 30 more watts.
All inputs are highly appreciated.

I'd stick with the HLG,
30w extra ain't gona do much difference to your grow if you dial in the 300 Rspec
Loads of people on this site are rocking thier grows with the 300 Rspec with great results.
Maybe thier Rep @Les @HLG can help you out,

Someone can correct me, but I think all ya need is a T4 fan, that would save a little money. I know I'm off topic, but i'm also in the middle of configuring my new setup and just did the CFM math last night for my own tent.
Reason im going for the 6inxh is so i can run it on a lower setting and it will be quiet. Also i read up on them and the t4 has plastic roation vs the t6 that has more sturdy material. Also be sure to go for the s6 and a controller type 67. Its their newest controller. The t6 one will shut completely off when temp and humid is reached giving off smell since its not constant sucking out the carbon filter.

That's a cool trick with the fan fir quieting it down, I will keep this in mind now when getting another fan,

Watts doesn't grow plants, PPFD does. HLG's lights put out more light per watt than 95% of other brands. The 300 Rspec will flower a 90x90 space.

do you have a link to ther lumatek light? I'll give you my opinion.

Thank you for your reply, heres a link to the attis. I do think they are both Great lights No question about that. I was Just thinking the attis Maybe would spread and cover the 3x3 bretter? https://www.growledeurope.com/lumat...300w-horticultural-led-panel-50605630706.html

This is my personal opinion, and is not influenced by my affiliation with HLG. When I look at a growlight product, having learned the hard way in the past..... to look closely at the specifications of the light. I'm looking for: brand of LED, PPFD, Efficacy, and brand of driver. I've owned some really shitty lights, so i've made it my business to understand the important specs. So the first thing that bothers me about the light you listed is the LEDs.
A quick search online found nothing about these chips. So my assumption is they are cheap, low end LEDs. I'm skeptical of their PPFD maps. I'll se if HLG has a PPFD map for the 300L Rspec. When HLG supplies a map, it comes from a lab that has tested the lamp via a sphere test and give very accurate results. The HLG light is considerably more efficient.

There are other great lights out there in this price range, I'd buy from ( if I didn't have HLG as an option.. ) ChilLed : https://chilledgrowlights.com/our-p...craft-x2-330w-led-grow-light-commercial-grade
or Growers choice : https://www.growersc.com/led

That said, the reason I took this job as forum rep for HLG, I followed these guys from the day they started building and selling light. They were just some guys on a forum. Their commitment to quality, and customer service makes them the best of the best IMO or I wouldn't be here!. However, the choice is ultimately yours.

I have terra bloom fans on continuous, I believe their advanced controller has where you can set a background speed so it will not shut all the way off when humidity and temp are met if you choose. 6inch is the way to go because the carbon filter is so much bigger and lasts so much longer at low speed.
I have the ac infinity tent which is well built. If i was doing it again I would look more carefully at where each tent's fan outputs are located to see if they are compatible with what I plan to do. The two on the upper side of the ac infinity seem a little low for my liking. It is like the set them up for HID light cooling I only have two inches of clearance, so the one coming out the top is useless. . I have a Mars hydro fc4800 light and it is a real nice light and runs cooler than a lot of lights I have owned .
