Maybe a little P and or Cal-Mag deficiency What is the PH in the reservoir? Are you doing recycle or drip to waste?

I'm doing Drip/recirculating, in the end of week 3 I saw some roots getting inside the reservoir, so I decied to put an air stone in the reservoir to help thoose roots, so its more like a Drip Recirculating system + DWC. About PH I'm maintaining a constant PH of 6.0 and ppm around 550 - 600

Your hydro combination should be fine just keep a close eye on the water level in the reservoir. Too much drop in the level will cause stress and loss of feeder roots. Are you running Botinicare HydroGuard? I highly recommend it. How long are you going between complete reservoir refresh? and exactly how much of each of the GH product are you using per ltr/gal

I am not running that product, actually I dont know what it is, to be protectect against any kind of problem in my roots I use a little of peroxide in my res, I read it helps.

I change every 7 days, and I add some fresh water (1/3 of reservoir) in the week like 2 times / week, About the nutes Im following this guide exactly how it says (CaliMagic included).

It all looks good except the peroxide. How are you monitoring the PH?
I tried running sterile DWC twice and I failed both times. Then on my first summer DWC (it is hot here) I got root rot - bad! I went to my local hydro shop and he gave me a sample of the Botinicare HydroGuard and then said I will see you in two days. I wasn't sure what he meant by that? I did not think anything could save that plant. Overnight there was a huge improvement and by the second day it was growing again. I went to the hydro shop to buy a Qt. of HydroGuard and the clerk said I told you you'd be back.

Anyhow there are some hydro guys that are growing sterile onsite I just don't remember who?

I have been forced to run a sterile res for the rest of the run I am doing now as I messed up and didn't realise my air injection ring wasn't producing any bubbles so my babies were sitting in stagnated water for a few weeks, changed back to airstones and added a product called Silver Bullets roots https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Silver-Bul...liser-Disease-Eliminator-Cleaner-5l/745306074
Not sure if you can get this in the US but supposed to be 1000 times more effective then peroxide!
Out of choice though I would be using beneficial bacteria like hydroguard as @Mañ'O'Green has suggested, listen to this guy as he knows his stuff!

The whole method of growing sterile is foreign to me so I cannot give specific advice. you need to seek out growers growing that method @Waira might know some.

I change the nutes yesterday and the girl are fine! Maybe it was some micronutrient or something like that... whatever... looks fine right now. Thank you all
