New Grower Help! Day 46 not showing sex yet?

Not sure if the seeds I was given are autos or not. Ive been waiting on them to show flowers but I'm 46 days into this grow and still not showing sex. I did have some issues when the plants were young. Such bad ph water, overwatering, then suffocating them with a layer of play sand at the base of the plants. The plants are very healthy looking and are still getting bushier everyday. I have started using 18/6 last week. No changes yet. I'm thinking I've got regular photos and have switched to 12/12. Is it possible for an auto to not flower this long?

I would tend to think not and I have no idea on how Super Auto's flower or when. You are at day 43 and no sign of sex it's a photo because at that mark you are on the average 2/3 into an auto grow. For the most part auto's show sex around the 21st day and then head into pre flower very soon after that or if not at the same time. You will
know in about 2 weeks what you have going on. They sound like photos especially the beating they took and are still thriving beat most auto's and by day 43 with that beating would have a hard time being and looking healthy. Keep us updated. What strain is it supposed to be?

Double check and make sure it's not a photo plant. That's usually the case...

Yes and no. Because they don't bloom until you switch lights to 12/12, at your plant age, she should have a much thicker trunk than other plants her age. But the real giveaway is that she hasn't bloomed yet. An auto would definitely have started. Does she show sex? I forgot if you already mentioned that...

Is she in a tent? Can you switch her to 12/12? If you do, she should start blooming within 10 days after the switch. Probably sooner. I'm very confident that's what it is. [emoji106]
