New Grower Help ASAP??

My plants are just starting there 4th week and yesterday I noticed the leaves look funky..I have them in mostly Fox Farm Happy Frog but 3 days ago I added about 1 inch of Ocean Forest just on top and spread around. The white pistols just started showing 2 days ago so I switched from my 400w MH over to my HPS bulb. The light is about 2 feet away from the tops and Def not over watered. In fact I haven't really Givin them any notes at all but was wondering if this is just heat stress or nitrogen toxicity from too hot of soil?? Should I flush real good?? I have moved light up alittle..also I took pic of my temp/humidity meter inside the tent and while lights are on is pretty consistent and can't get Temps to lower

They look fine for now, watch that new growth though. There have been people that have lots of problems with OF from the HF is good. I would flush it really good and make sure that your pH is right. Flush with 3 X the volume of the pot with water and then on the last round of water add back 1/2 strength nutes. Also one big problem folks have had with OF is bugs being in the soil. So you might want to get some DE(Diatomaceous Earth) in case there are any fungus gnat babies in there

Man I have NO idea about those two products. I grow in hydro for one, for now I would stick with plain pH'd water that has been dechlorinated if it is from the tap

Ok there in 3 gallon grow pots..so that means run 9 gal of water thru each pot? I'm still learning

Don't quote me on it but the last few litres you can add some nutes, I'm pretty sure I seen tang say he flushes with a mix of hot and cold water straight froM the tap so it's not too cold for shock? Anyone willing to back me up on this?

Not got a clue sorry I'm only new myself look in the soil and nute section near the bottom think it's tangs new and improved schedule he does a mid way flush might give u an idea
