Help! AK47 Auto not flowering

Ok, so I was talking to some people and the conversation centered around autos that don't flower automatically. One person in particular had poor results getting AK47 autos that would not flower on their own after 8 weeks. Suggestions made were to use a bloom ignitor like the one from Advanced Nutrients. The other big suggestion was to switch to 12/12 photoperiod.

What say you experts? AK47 Auto fails to flower, what is the best course of action? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Are you sure it wasn't the Northern Light auto?

If it is having issues flowering then you would need to put it into 12/12
if the plant is 8 weeks old and isn't close to finish id say shes not fully auto

put her in 12/12 for a little over a week and i bet she starts putting out more pistils.

I am currently growing an NLauto from Nirvana. It's two weeks old today, so I'm not expecting anything yet. But, after I bought the seeds, I heard about problems with the NLauto's not autoflowering. According to the Nirvana people, if it doesn't go into auto by four weeks or so, drop the lighting to 12/12 until you see flowers. Then, according to Nirvana, once it starts flowering, you can ruturn to 18/6 and the NLauto will finish out as it should. We'll see.

Ok, the beans are Lowlife Feminized Auto AK47. Temps are in the 70's. It's a DWC set-up using AN nutes, plants are under a 400W MH. I will get up with the dude and let him know to switch to 12/12. Question, will these plants need 12/12 until they finish or can he go back to 18/6 after flowering is initiated? Thanks!

according to Nirvana, once it starts flowering, you can ruturn to 18/6 and the NLauto will finish out as it should. We'll see.

Just caught this. I guess I'll let him know and we'll see what happens. It seems to me that if it requires 12/12 to initiate flowering that a resumption of 18/6 would cause it to stop flowering or hermie or something. Hmmmm.

have you got plenty of grow space? 8 weeks veg in DWC is going to create a MONSTER!!! sounds like you got sent some bum beans, the lowlife auto ak47 has been around for a while and looks to be stable
