Looking amazing as always. When you bend the top over do you just leave it tied down long enough for side branches to catch up then pull the tie down or do you keep it pinned and let side branching stretch taller than the the top?

plants are looking spot on dude. you will get a decent amount from them. I'm also sure you will love the smoke.
They bounce back so fast after a good de-fol. keep it up mate , we all love to watch a packed out tent.

I keep it pinned down until about the second week of flower… the plants end up stretching and eventually pulling out the coat hanger about then anyways. Very simple training technique that is proven to increase your yields by at least 30%
